Officer Down [2013]
It’s a flashback within a flashback that flashes back to the original flashback…got it? I didn’t.

Film #029 of 2013
Director: Brian A. Miller Cast: Stephen Dorff [Callahan], Dominic Purcell [Royce] & James Woods [Verona]
Plot: When a cop’s crooked past comes back to get him, can he do the right thing, or will he succumb to the threats of his dangerous connections? Source IMDB.com
Hipster Review: Its confusing airless script wasn’t nearly as bad as the directors inept usage of countless flashbacks…Officer Down is a terrifying waste of time that appeals to the lowest possible tastes and quite possibly the lowest level of humankind. Watched January 25th, 2013.

^^ This is how I felt throughout the entire movie. filmhipster

Negatives:
- One of the worst soundtracks you’ll ever hear - Prophetic & Rhea Dummett?
- Juiced up Dominic Purcell’s sleazy mustache and goatee
- You’ll have no clue what’s going on 99.9% of the time, the story is all over the place
- Corny Russian mobsters and strippers
- The dudes from Avatar and Bones are in it, horrible actors
Biggest Surprise: Director Brian A. Miller was given 12 million and this is the turd he comes up with?
Biggest Let Down: Everything.
Does the guy get the hot girl in the end? Didn’t make it to the end, I’m guessing yes.
Oscar Potential? lol

Well, it sounds pretty bad. I’ll be sure not to see this one.
That’s wise, it’s horrible and you’re better off not putting yourself through the torture.
